Fingerless Gloves and Stroll Yarn

Posted on July 26, 2017

I just recently completed a pair of fingerless gloves that I knit from some of my hand dyed yarn.  The gloves are shades of purple (one of my favorite colors) and display a simple but beautiful cable on the top of the gloves.

The yarn is a 4-ply Merino-Nylon blend in my Stroll weight yarn.  It is so much fun to knit this yarn and truly allows the cable pattern to show beautifully, even in this multi-colored skein.

The pattern for the gloves was created by Staci Perry of Very Pink Knits.  You can find the pattern entitled “Cabled Fingerless Mitts” for purchase on her website www.verypink.com.  Staci also provides an instructional video for this pattern.

I have friends who keep mentioning how much they like my fingerless gloves.  I’m thinking Christmas or birthday gifts!

Until next time, remember:  There is an artist in you!
